SHIPPING / LOCAL PICKUP

SHIPPING

  • Orders over $150 Canada and U.S wide ship for free!
  • We process orders Monday - Friday, and aim to process and ship orders within.  2 -7 business days. Customers will be provided an email update with tracking information as we are processing your order. Please take order processing timelines into consideration

  • For Canadian Orders we ship via Canada Post, Puralator, Fed Ex and UPS ,

  • For Orders to the USA, we ship USPS, UPS or Canada Post. The same tracking number can be used on your country’s postal website once the package crosses the border.

  • For International Orders, we ship via Canada Post, Fed Ex, APC Postal Logistics or PostNL. The same tracking number can be used on your country’s postal website once the package crosses the border. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 7–30 business days.                  Delays can happen due to customs, which is unfortunately out of our control
  • The customer is responsible for the payment of applicable Duties and Taxes on International Orders: For orders placed outside of Canada - any applicable duties and taxes and brokerage fees may be applied to the shipment by the receiving county or region's customs authority. Customs duty is calculated based on the following factors: 
      • the product’s declared value and shipping costs
      • the product category as determined by the HS code
      • the country or region of origin
      • the destination country's tariff rates
      • applicable trade treaties

Please note that Hides & Kinds is not responsible for these duties or taxes. These charges are determined and collected by your country’s customs agency and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout. We do not receive these payments. All import duties, taxes, or related charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Hides and Kinds is not responsible for, any delays throughout the shipping process, any lost, stolen or damaged packages during delivery. If you are having any issues with your delivery or believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier relevant to your order. LOCAL PICKUP

  • You will receive an email or text message (depending on the information you provided at checkout) when your order is done letting you know that it is ready for pickup
  • We ask that you kindly pickup your order within 2 weeks of it being ready for pick up
