Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to the following countries: Canada, the U.S., Australia, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Typically, packages are shipped within 1-5 business days following your purchase. If an item is made to order, the processing time may take an additional day or two. We take pride in getting our orders out quickly and efficiently!
If you've placed a pre-order, the approximate ship date will be provided in the item’s description. Any other items ordered alongside a pre-order will be shipped together with the pre-order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. From there you will click the tracking link in the email to track your package’s whereabouts until it arrives at your door! Once it has arrived you will receive an email letting you know that it has been delivered!

Is my purchase eligible for a return?
Our return policy allows for returns on eligible items within a specified period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective, in its original condition, and in the original packaging Certain items, such as customized made to order or final sale products, are NOT eligible for return.
Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only, via e-gift card. We do not process returns back to cards or any other form or payment, this applies to all purchases
