Refund policy

RETURNS

PLEASE EMAIL hidesandkinds@outlook.com to initiate the return process

  • All returns (that are approved) by Hides and Kinds are refunded in the form of store credit only, via e-gift card, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit, you will only receive the cost of the item its self we do not process returns back to cards or any other form or payment, this applies to all purchases
  • If Hides and Kinds gets a package that is returned to us by the carrier due to the address provided is non deliverable, you (as the customer) are responsible for paying the additional shipping cost for the second shipment to the correct address
  • We will email you if we run into this issue with your order and you ( the customer) will also be emailed for the additional shipping cost and your order will not be shipped out again until that invoice is paid

Wrong Items, Missing Items or Damaged Items

  • We try our absolute best to ensure everything is in your package before we seal it and ship it out, but we are human and do make mistakes so if there is a missing item from your order, you must contact us within 2 DAYS of your order being delivered, when you contact us, please give us your order number and let us know what item is missing, we will then ship you out another one if the item is still available and if not you will be provided with an e-gift card for the value of the item
  • If we accidentally shipped you the wrong item, you must contact us within 2 DAYS of your order being delivered, send us a picture of the item you received as well as your order number, we will review this and send you a prepaid shipping label, ( we are not responsible for items lost in the mail that are being shipped back to us) you must ship the package back to us within 7 days, once we have received the item, we will then ship you out the correct item that you originally ordered
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us within 2 DAYS of your order being delivered, please email us a clear picture of the damage to the item, we will review it and then send you a prepaid shipping label for a return, ( we are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail that are being shipped back to us) you must ship the item back to us within 7 business days, once we have received the item we will issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift cards
  • ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN/USED AND THEN CLAIMED AS DAMAGED are not eligible and will not be accepted

  • All sale/marked down items, that includes items in our sale barn and purchases made during special/promotional sales

  • Customized items

Cowhide items are one of a kind and authentic, they will vary in colour, hide and texture

Cowhide items are made to be handled with care, the shedding or hair is NATURAL

ORDER MODIFICATION

  • Orders can not be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout
  • All promo codes/discount codes must be applied during checkout, Hides and Kinds will not apply a discount code to your purchase for you after checkout
  • If you order something and we are having a sale the next day, or the next week we will not refund you the difference, cancel your order or modify your order in anyway

 

Promo Codes                                                           

  • They have to be applied at the time of purchase, while you are checking out
  • We will not apply a discount code after you have checked out.
