SHIPPING

• Orders over $200 within Canada ship for free
• We ship via Canada post and UPS , (canada post transfers into usps for orders to the United States, the same tracking number can be used on the usps once it crosses into the US)
• If you have chose the tracked shipping option at checkout you will receive an email or text message ( depending on the information you provided at checkout) with a link to track your package
• We highly encourage you do choose the tracked shipping option at checkout
• HIDES AND KINDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR , any lost, stolen or damaged packages during delivery, any lost parcels, you must file a claim with the carrier relevant to your order, either Canada post or UPS
• If you choose the over sized letter mail option at checkout , Hides and Kinds is not responsible for if that package gets lost, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it and there is nothing Canada Post can do without a tracking number either
• We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible but we are a one woman show, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship, Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days

LOCAL PICKUP

• You will receive an email or text message ( depending on the information you provided at checkout) letting you know that your order is ready for pickup
• We ask that you pickup your order within 2 weeks of ordering it
